We offer a 90 Day Comfort Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with the mattress comfort level after sleeping on your new mattress for 4 weeks you are entitled to 1 same size mattress exchange. Which means for example if we deliver a full size mattress and later a customer decides they want a queen size we will only exchange to another full size mattress, not to a queen king or twin size. This exchange only applies to the first mattress you purchased. Why four weeks? Sometimes it may take up to four weeks to get properly acclimated to your new mattress. You can exchange to a mattress of equal or greater value paying the difference in cost of the original mattress selected and new mattress. If the customer chooses a less expensive mattress we do not credit back the difference and there is still an exchange fee for $150.00. Customers have 90 days to arrange to request an exchange from the date you received your mattress. Exchange fees are $150.00.
All returned mattresses are either donated, sold to businesses that can recycle materials or simply disposed of resulting in a total loss. So we ask our customers to do their best in selecting a mattress as we will do our best to assist customers choose a mattress that will satisfy their comfort needs. Order Cancellation.
Customers have 48 hours to cancel a purchase from time of order to receive a full refund unless the order was specified by the customer for same or next day shipment. For orders of mattresses that we have in stock that are shipped out Next Day from our warehouse, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Costs can vary from our local delivery area to remote areas in the nation. Any questions regarding our policy please call us or email us with your question.
If your new mattress comes damaged during the shipping we will replace your mattress at no charge. In the unfortunate event that your mattress does arrive damaged please make note on the shippers receipt, refuse the shipment and call us at 844-474-8945 to arrange replacement.
